We were simply told that the property had been sold to the railroad by an very unprofessional staff member at the desk. Though we paid for the room, they offered no reimbursement! Upon check in, to be told that the room you paid for did not exist, was utterly shocking! Then to be treated with callous disregard and forced to walk out of the hotel without a room on a busy weekend was inexcusable.

The hotel cancelled my reservation contacted hotels.com said they would find other hotel said would call back and did not call till like 3:00 a.m. and already found other accomodations was a train wreck of am experience will never use hotels.cm again

There where roaches in my room. I went to the front desk and told them they said of the big man came today. Then I paid for a king bed room with microwave and refrigerator and got stuck in a room with double beds no refrigerator or microwave. I went to the front desk to ask they said oh there’s nothing we can do our manger said all of our rooms are booked.

Check in was quick and efficient, staff was very friendly. Room was clean, everything worked as it should no frills but was adequate for what we needed . It was a pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel to others.
